The Bears waived defensive lineman Bruce Gaston, a St. Rita High School alum, as part of series of roster moves Monday.

Three others were let go — center Dan Buchholz, tight end Marcus Lucas and wide receiver Nate Palmer — to make room for four tryout players.

The team added defensive lineman Kenton Adeyemi, wideout Kieren Duncan, punter Ben LeCompte, a Barrington High School alum, and offensive lineman Donovan Williams.

Gaston played in seven games after the Bears claimed him from the Packers’ practice squad last year. He had eight tackles and one sack.
