A woman was injured by broken glass after someone fired shots early Wednesday in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The 25-year-old was sitting in a vehicle in the 500 block of North Kedzie at 1:53 a.m. when shots rang out, according to Chicago Police.

She showed up at Norwegian American Hospital with what was initially thought to be a graze wound to the top of the head, police said. However, it was later determined that she had actually been cut by glass. She was listed in good condition.

Police said the woman was not cooperating with investigators.
