A man’s body was pulled from the Chicago River in the South Loop neighborhood Monday morning.

Officers responded to the 300 block of South Roosevelt about 9:14 a.m. and found the body of the adult male in the river, police News Affairs Officer Stacey Cooper said.

Further details were not available as Area Central detectives investigate the death.
