The Bulls were in complete control of almost the entire first half of their game against the Portland Trail Blazers. But a late charge by Portland had things looking uncomfortable headed for halftime.

That is, until Jimmy Butler hit the shot of the season so far.

With just two seconds left in the half and the Bulls up six, Butler caught the in-bounds pass with all but no defense. The All-Star guard took one dribble and hoisted a shot from beyond half-court.

The circus shot would push the Bulls lead to 48-39 at halftime. Butler has eight points through the first-half, tied with Nikola Mirotić for a game high. Derrick Rose, in his first game back from injury, has seven points with three assists.
