A 15-year-old boy was among three people shot in the Back of the Yards neighborhood Monday afternoon.

The shooting happened in the 1600 block of West Garfield at 2:37 p.m., according to Chicago Police.

The two men and boy took themselves to Saint Bernard Hospital. The teen was shot in the hand and a 32-year-old man was shot in the hip, police said. Both their conditions stabilized.

Another man, 21, was shot in the abdomen. He was later transferred to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, police said.
