A 19-year-old man was shot and wounded early Saturday after leaving a party on the Northwest Side.

He was standing outside shortly after 1 a.m. in the 2200 block of North LaPorte Avenue when a car drove up, and someone got out, shouted gang slogans and shot him, according to the police, who said the teenager isn’t in a gang.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
