Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 76-year-old man missing from the Near West Side since Tuesday.

John Green, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, was last seen Tuesday in the 800 block of South Damen, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

He is described as a 170-pound, 6-foot-2 black man with brown eyes, brown hair and a medium complexion, police said. Green was last seen wearing black shorts, a black T-shirt and a white alarm bracelet on his wrist.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Area Central detectives at (312) 747-8380.
