Man shot in Auburn Gresham

A man was shot early Saturday in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood on the South Side.

About 2:35 a.m., the 28-year-old man was standing on the corner in the 7700 block of South Paulina when someone inside a black Chevrolet Impala fired shots and then drove away eastbound, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the stomach and taken to Christ Medical Center in serious condition, police said.
