A 20-year-old man was seriously wounded in a shooting Tuesday evening in the West Side Austin neighborhood.

He was in the 4800 block of West Gladys just before 6 p.m. when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police. He was shot in the right arm, chest, abdomen, back, and buttocks.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition, police said.
