A 21-year-old man was shot early Sunday in the Albany Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The man was inside a vehicle about 2 a.m. when someone in a passing vehicle fired shots in the 3500 block of West Wilson Avenue, Chicago Police said.

He was struck in the back of his head and was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his condition stabilized, police said.
