A 43-year-old man reported missing since last week from Bronzeville on the South Side has been found.
Shawn Handy was last seen July 11 near the 4300 block of South Wabash Avenue, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.
Police canceled the alert Thursday, stating that Handy was located safely. Further details were not provided.
Flight cancellations Friday exceeded 260 at O’Hare Airport and 120 at Midway Airport. A wind advisory remains in effect until 1 p.m. Saturday.
