No one was hurt after a car rolled over on the inbound Kennedy Expressway, blocking two lanes of traffic for over a half hour during the Thursday morning rush.

Two cars collided about 7:30 a.m. while one driver tried to change lanes at Cicero Avenue, according to Illinois State Police.

The car that was struck then overturned, state police said. Two lanes were closed until about 8:10 a.m. for an investigation.

Light snow fell on the Chicago area Thursday morning while temperatures remained below freezing, according to the National Weather Service.
