A 33-year-old man was reported missing last week in suburban Cicero.

Omar De Paz-Moreno was last seen April 19 at the Second Federal Savings Bank, at 4811 W. Cermak Rd. according to a Cicero Police missing person alert.

De Paz-Moreno was last seen wearing black jogging pants and a blue jacket, police said. He has a condition that places him in danger, according to police.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Omar De Paz-Moreno is asked to contact the Cicero Police Department at 708-652-2130 or 9-1-1.
