Wednesday, the Patrick Kane case took a series of twists and turns. After the alleged victim’s lawyer held a press conference, Kane’s lawyer, Paul Cambria Jr. held a press conference of his own.

While the topic of Cambria’s statement could not have been more serious, many viewers had their attention grabbed by something in the background. Cambria spoke to the media with a coffee mug reading “40 years of Hustler.”
Cambria does have a logical reason for having the unusual mug in his office. He represented Larry Flynt and Hustler through many legal proceedings.
In addition to defending Kane and Flynt, Cambria has also defended musician Marilyn Manson and DMX.
