Two people were shot Saturday on the Near West Side.

The two males, whose ages were not known, were shot about 12:15 p.m. in the 2400 block of West Jackson Boulevard, Chicago police said.

Both were taken to Stroger Hospital with gunshot wounds to their legs, police said. They were both stabilized.

Further details were not immediately available.

Area North detectives are investigating.
