A 16-year-old boy was grazed by a bullet early Monday in the West Side Austin neighborhood.

The teenager suffered a graze wound to the leg about 1:35 a.m. in the 4900 block of West Hubbard, according to Chicago Police.

He refused medical attention and was not cooperating with investigators, police said.
