Obama: Wishes Washington worked as "ruthlessly efficient" as House of Cards

WASHINGTON–At the top of a meeting Tuesday with Tech company CEO’s–including from Netflix–President Barack Obama joked about “House of Cards,” the Netflix hit about Capitol intrigue starring Kevin Spacey.

In a photo op as the meeting starting, Obama, according to the pool report asked the Netflix chief, ” “I’m just wondering if you brought advance copies of House of Cards?”

The executive “laughed and invited Obama to do a cameo on the series

Obama said of the series about Washington: “I wish things were that ruthlessly efficient.”

Obama mentions Kevin Spacey’s role in the show and said of him, “This guy’s getting a lot of stuff done.”
