Northwestern came out with its weekly injury report on Thursday and five starters were listed, including quarterback Kain Colter.

In addition to Colter, running back Venric Mark, middle linebacker Damien Proby, outside linebacker Chi Chi Ariguzo and defensive lineman Will Hampton were listed as injured. All five started Northwestern’s 44-30 win  at Cal on Saturday. True freshman cornerback Matthew Harris, who injured himself on the opening kickoff Saturday, was also listed.

Colter and Mark were listed as questionable for this Saturday’s game against Syracuse. Colter left the Cal game with a concussion after only two plays. Colter did take first-team snaps at Wednesday’s practice. Mark played sparingly against Cal, dealing with a lower body injury.

Harris, Ariguzo, Proby and Hampton were all listed as probable for the game against Syracuse.
