The Chicago Transit Authority is reporting that Green and Orange line trains are moving again with delays after an ‘incident’ near Roosevelt.

Orange Line trains bound for Midway Airport and Green Line trains headed to 63rd/Ashland and Cottage Grove had been standing after first reports of the incident about 8 a.m. Service resumed with delays about 10 minutes later.
