A man was killed in a motorcycle crash Friday in far south suburban Peotone Township.

Thomas J. Keenan, 53, was driving the motorcycle when it was struck by a pickup truck near Wilmington Road and 128th Avenue, the Will County coroner’s office said.

Keenan, of Peotone, was pronounced dead at the scene at 5 p.m., the coroner’s office said. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday.

The Will County sheriff’s office is investigating and did not immediately return a call for comment.
