An elderly woman who left her West Side home to go to the drugstore Monday and did not return has been safely located.

Bernie Turner, 75, was last seen leaving the 2000 block of West Adams to walk to the Walgreens at Madison and Western, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Police said Tuesday afternoon that Turner had been safely found.
