Two men were shot late Sunday in the Homan Square neighborhood on the West Side.

The two, ages 33 and 37, were shot about 11:05 p.m. in the 3300 block of West Flournoy, according to Chicago Police.

The younger victim was shot in the left leg and the older man was shot in both hips, police said. They were both taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where their conditions were stabilized.

Additional details were not immediately available.
