DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

MONDAY, AUGUST 20, 2012

In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. The meeting is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will meet for lunch. This lunch in the Private Dining Room is closed press.

Later in the afternoon, the President will participate in interviews with local TV anchors from the following markets across the country, Jacksonville, Florida, Norfolk, Virginia and San Diego, California. The President will also be interviewed by the Virginian-Pilot. These interviews are embargoed until 5:00PM EDT. The interviews are closed press.

In the evening, the President and the First Lady will have dinner at a local restaurant with winners of a campaign contest. There will be a travel pool spray at the top of the dinner.
