After laying dormant for more than a year, Joe Biden’s personal Twitter account has gotten back in the game. And we’re holding out hope it gives us some priceless moments, like only Joe Biden can.
The vice president announced its return Monday morning.
Dusting off the Twitter handle for a big midterm election year. Let's get to it, folks! –Joe— Joe Biden (@JoeBiden) April 7, 2014
The move comes in an effort to help Democrats in the midterm elections.
Before you get all excited waiting for endless Joe Biden selfies and GIFs being posted, the account will officially be run by the Democratic National Committee, so the shenanigans may be limited.
Time reports that if Biden ends up launching a presidential bid, he’ll have to pay the DNC to use the @JoeBiden handle.
Hopefully we’ll be treated to some more of this:
