When the Cubs are good, the team’s famous fans love to flock to Wrigley Field. While it’s not quite the Showtime Lakers, October was filled with celebrities in Cubs gear.

This coming Monday, another famous face will be seen within the Friendly Confines. The newest episode of “The Bachelor” will feature Ben Higgins taking a date to Wrigley Field.

Higgins, who is a Cubs fan, brings contestant Joelle “JoJo” Fletcher with him to Chicago. In their matching “Higgins” jerseys, the would-be-couple took some batting practice and even had a quick make-out-session on the field. Fletcher, who graduated from Baylor, doesn’t appear to have any ties to the Cubs. But, that’s television.

“The Bachelor” was filmed through the fall, roughly from September through November, marking some of the peaks of the Cubs 2015 season.

This isn’t the first time the Cubs, or a cubs affiliate, has reached out to Higgins and “The Bachelor.” When the season first started the Tennessee Smokies, the Cubs’ Double-A affiliate, invited Higgins and any of his dates out to a game.
