Aurora man found dead near I-88

He was found in the area of milepost 117 near the Aurora Toll Plaza.

All lanes of northbound I-90 were shot down June 3, 2022 for a shooting investigation near West Addison Street. — A man was found dead near I-88 Monday.

An Aurora man was found dead off the I-88 Highway Monday.

About 12:01 p.m., officials responded to I-88 Westbound in the area of milepost 117 about 30 feet off the roadway, Illinois State police said. There, they found Gregory Prill, 33, in a ditch near the Aurora Toll Plaza. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

An investigation is ongoing.
