An Austin neighborhood grocery store has been robbed twice in two weeks, , according to the police, who say Happy Fish & Chicken at 5448 W. Harrison St. was robbed at 12:05 p.m. Feb. 16 and at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 24, each time by more than one person who demanded money at gunpoint.
