Police are warning residents about a string of garage burglaries over two days in the Lake View neighborhood on the North Side.

In each robbery, someone broke into a garage and stole a bicycle, according to a community alert from Chicago Police.

The burglaries happened:

  • at 4:15 a.m. March 15 in the 1400 block of West Grace Street;
  • between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. March 16 in the 1200 block of West Roscoe Street; and
  • between 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. March 17 in the 3700 block of North Sheffield Avenue.
