Police have located an 18-year-old woman with mental health issues missing in northwest Indiana for nearly a week.

Gwen Meme Rogers, who suffers from mental health issues that require medication, was reported missing on June 10, according to Gary police.

Police announced Friday night that she had been located, but did not provide additional details.
