A woman was shot in the Back of the Yards neighborhood Monday night.The 30-year-old was walking on the sidewalk in the 4600 block of South Honore about 8:45 p.m. when she heard gunshots and felt pain, police said.She was taken to Stroger Hospital, where her condition stabilized, police said.
