Bobby Portis apologizes for Derrick Rose, Pau Gasol tweets

Bobby Portis was barely a Bull and already he had some explaining to do to Derrick Rose and Pau Gasol.

Seems the Bulls’ first-round draft choice was not a big fan of either in 2011. Portis fired off these tweets, which have since been deleted:

The Arkansas power forward quickly made amends, though, sending this apology late Thursday night:

Bulls Nation sorry for the tweets I sent 4 years ago. I was a boy then. I'm a man now. And a Bull. DRose, Pau, what kinda donuts yall like?
