(CROWN POINT, Ind.) A man died Friday afternoon after a motorcycle crash in northwest Indiana.

Adam Sammartino, 34, was sustained a blunt force injury in a motorcycle accident at 133rd Avenue and Cedar Lake Road in Crown Point, according to a statement from the Lake County, Ind., coroner’s office.

Sammartino, of the 0-100 block of Bergamo Lane in Crown Point, was pronounced dead at Franciscan St. Anthony Health in Crown Point at 2:17 p.m., the coroner’s office said.

The Lake County sheriff’s office could not provide further details on the crash Saturday morning.
