Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who has been blasted for closing dozens of Chicago public schools, is launching a new campaign ad to tout the work he’s done with the City Colleges of Chicago.

The ad, titled “College to Careers,” is scheduled to start airing on Monday.

The ad features CCC Chancellor Cheryl Hyman, who discusses her partnership with Emanuel to launch a program connecting students with teacher-practitioners and potential employers.
