Police are asking the public’s help in finding a 75-year-old man missing from the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side since Thursday.

Robert Hampton was reported missing from the 7100 block of South Prairie, police said in a missing person alert. He was last seen Thursday in the 7100 block of South Michigan.

Hampton is described as a 5-foot-8, 124-pound black man with brown eyes, gray hair and a medium complexion, police said. He was last seen wearing a blue hat with ear covers, a black jacket with “Jazz Institute” in red letters, blue jeans and gray gym shoes.
