A man suffered a graze wound to the face when a suspect shot at him during a robbery Monday morning in the Southwest Side Marquette Park neighborhood.

The 40-year-old man was approached by two men near his home in the 6100 block of South Albany a few minutes before 11 a.m., police said.

The suspects announced a robbery and took the man back to his house, where they stole his “personal belongings,” police said.

When they tried to leave, the man followed them out to the street, and one of the men fired a shot, police said.
