A man robbed an MB Financial Bank branch in the Bucktown neighborhood Tuesday morning.

The man robbed the bank at 1554 W. North Ave. about 10:30 a.m., according to Chicago Police and the FBI.

He passed a note to a teller, then fled with an unknown amount of cash. He implied he had a weapon, but did not show one, authorities said. No one was injured.

He is described as a black man between 20 and 25 years old, about 5-foot-7, and 150 pounds, the FBI said. He wes wearing a blue hat, with a blue hoodie and gray or tan pants.
