Two of three men injured in a the Back of the Yards shooting on Sunday afternoon have died, police said.

The three were shot in the 5300 block of South May at 3:42 p.m. during a possible drive-by, officials said.

Bobby Norwood, 24, of the 5000 block of South Aberdeen, was shot in the chest and taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:35 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Jonathan Lewis, 29, of the 5300 block of South May, was shot in the back and pronounced dead at Stroger at 4:32 p.m., the medical examiner’s office said.

The third man, 25, was shot in both legs and his right arm, police said. He was in serious condition at an unknown hospital.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
