Two shot in West Garfield Park

Two people were shot Tuesday morning in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.

The shooting happened at Madison and Springfield just after 11 a.m., according to from Chicago Police.

An 18-year-old man was shot in the chest and was taken in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, according to police.

A 16-year-old girl suffered a graze wound and was not hospitalized.
