Orr coach Lou Adams has now been cleared to coach the Spartans in the Public League playoff quarterfinals Sunday against Uplift according to a Chicago Public Schools spokesperson. Earlier on Tuesday the CPS said that Adams was suspended indefinitely.

Adams is reinstated “pending any other findings that will warrant suspension” said the CPS.

According to a CPS statement, Orr forfeited nine games this season. Forfeitures include: five games during which an academically ineligible player participated, along with three games which took place in the beginning of the season where another player failed to meet residency requirements.

The CPS has suspended the academically ineligible student for the remainder of the season. The player that was ineligible due to residency has now been cleared and can play on Sunday.

Orr played 13 non-CPS games this season and won 11 of them. The status of those games is currently unclear but the CPS says they will cooperate with any Illinois High School Association investigation.

Orr’s Red-West conference record for the 2014-15 season is 0-10. Here’s the complete breakdown of the forfeited games:
