Museum officials say February is a good time to escape the house during the height of winter. The museum has a new permanent exhibit called “Numbers in Nature.” Visitors will discover that mathematical patterns are everywhere while getting lost in a mirror maze.
Visitors may also run in a human-sized hamster wheel, see lightning strike — inside — manipulate a tornado, climb inside a historic train locomotive and see baby chicks peck out of their shells.
Adults seeking to claim the special offer and get a voucher should visit the museum’s website.
