No injuries were reported in a crash that resulted in one car flipped over on top of another Thursday morning in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood on the Northwest Side.
A Lexus was headed northbound in the 3000 block of North Cicero about 5:10 a.m. when it ran a red light and hit a Hyundai that was westbound on Wellington trying to turn south onto Cicero, police said.
