A 20-year-old man was fatally shot early Saturday on the Near West Side, police said.

Officers found the man unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds to the 1000 block of West 14th Place around 2:10 a.m. He was pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital. His name hasn’t been released.
