A 14-year-old boy was shot in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood on the South Side early Saturday.

About 4 a.m., the teen was outside in the 1300 block of West 87th Street when a silver-colored vehicle pull up and someone opened fire, police said. The boy suffered a graze wound to his abdomen.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said.
