Chicago Police are seeking to identify an elderly woman found in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The woman, who is estimated to be between 75 and 85 years old, only knows that her name is Julia Sanchez and speaks only Spanish, according to an alert from Chicago Police. She was found in the 2100 block of North Laporte.

She is described as a 5-foot-6, 90-pound Hispanic woman with brown eyes, gray and white hair and an olive complexion.

She is wearing a black and white dress with a gray sweater, sweatpants and pink slippers, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area North detectives at (312) 744-8266.
