A woman was shot early Friday in the Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side.
About 12:30 a.m., the 36-year-old was standing on the sidewalk in the 6500 block of South Minerva when she heard gunfire and realized she’d been shot in the buttocks, police said.
She was driven to Jackson Park Hospital and Medical Center, where her condition was stabilized, police said.
