A 16-year-old was charged with murder in a drive-by shooting that killed one man and wounded two others last October.

Diego Belmont was charged as an adult with first-degree murder and ordered held on $1 million bail Sunday by a Cook County judge.

Diego Belmont is accused of stealing a pickup and taking part in a shooting that killed David Morgan, 36, and wounded two others on Oct. 26 in the 2100 block of West 19th Street.

Belmont lived in the 1600 block of West 18th Street.
