While Melissa Rivers has been the executive producer of E!’s “Fashion Police” red carpet critique talk show, the daughter and longtime red carpet partner of her late mom, Joan Rivers, will now be on camera for the program. Joan Rivers, of course, was long the mainstay of “Fashion Police,” along with her other entertainment projects.

The network announced Wednesday that Rivers will co-host “Fashion Police” alongside returning panelists Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski — while continuing to serve as the show’s executive producer.

In each episode, the three regulars will be joined by two additional, rotating celebrity guests, including comedians, stylists and actors.

The show will return to the E! lineup on Monday, Aug. 31 — covering the MTV Video Music Awards.
