A bullet grazed a 16-year-old boy’s chest during a domestic altercation early Thursday in the South Chicago neighborhood.

He got into a fight with his sister’s ex-boyfriend and some of the ex’s friends about 12:05 a.m. near East 91st Street and South Burley Avenue when a gun went off, police said.

The teen was taken in good condition with a graze wound to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.

Police said they know who the shooter was but he was not in custody early Thursday.

The boy was shot in the back and hospitalized in good condition. A female, whose age is unknown, was taken to a hospital, where her condition is not known.
