Taste of Chicago is just around the corner, July 8-12 in Grant Park. The food and music extravaganza runs 11 am-9pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; and 10 am-9pm Saturday and Sunday. Admission to the fest area is free. (There are ticketed seats for some concerts). Complete information is available at tasteofchicago.us.
