Man shot in Humboldt Park

A 25-year-old man was shot in the leg early Monday in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

About 2:15 a.m., he was outside in the 1100 block of North Kedvale when he heard shots and felt pain, police said.

He took himself to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he is listed in good condition.
